How to Cancel Your Booking

• 1Contact us as soon as possible by email at Smartytour63@gmail.com or by phone at +1 438 826 8709.
• 2Provide your full name, tour name, tour date, and the email address used at the time of booking.
• 3We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 24 hours and process your refund in accordance with the schedule above.
• 4You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your tour to a different date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your original tour date. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Special Circumstances

In the event that Smarty Tour must cancel your booking due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

If you are unable to travel due to a documented medical emergency, please contact us and we will review your situation with care and flexibility.
